The 18th China Science and Technology Policy and Management Academic Annual Conference and Research Council Meeting (First Round Notice)
The 18th China Science and Technology Policy and Management Academic Conference and Research Council will be held in Hangzhou from October 15 to 16, 2022. The conference was sponsored by the Chinese Society of Science and Technology Policy, hosted by the School of Management of Zhejiang University, and co-sponsored by the editorial departments of Science Research, Scientific Research Management, Science and Science and Technology Management and Innovation and Development Policy (international journal, funded by the International influence Promotion Program of China Science and Technology Journals).
Professor Fang Xin, honorary chairman of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, served as the chairman of the conference, and Professor Mu Rongping, chairman of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, served as the chairman of the academic committee of the conference.
The conference papers will be included in the conference paper abstract collection, and the outstanding papers selected anonymously by experts will be awarded certificates by the society, and recommended to "Science Research", "Scientific Research Management" and "Science and Science and Technology Management" in accordance with the subject and journal requirements Published in the journal. English articles are welcome to contribute, and the participating papers are preferred to be published in Innovation and Development Policy (http://idp-journal.casisd.cn/).
The theme of this conference is "Science and Technology System Reform and National Innovation Governance System Construction". It discusses the challenges, paths and countermeasures of the reform of the science and technology system and the construction of the national innovation governance system in the new era for high-level scientific and technological self-reliance and innovation transformation. At the three levels of management, exchange cutting-edge academic achievements and domestic practical experience, and share new ideas, new methods and new measures to deal with new requirements, to contribute wisdom to the promotion of the 14th Five-year Plan and medium-and long-term development plans. The detailed topics of the meeting will be announced in the second round of notices.
In addition to arranging topic collection, this meeting welcomes the special committee of the research association and individual directors to organize special topics (special sessions). applicants are requested to send the topic to be organized and the topic introduction of about 100 words to the casssp@casisd.cn before April 15. Reminder: All organizations' contributions need to be submitted through the conference submission system (or email).

3. The submission time of the full text of the paper will be from July 20 to September 15, 2022. The submission requirements and methods will be announced in the second round of the meeting;
4. The second round of notice of the meeting will be announced on April 25, 2022 at the latest, and will be announced through the website of the research society, WeChat platform and the website of the host and co-organizer.
