With the theme of "Digital Transformation under the New Pattern", the forum aims to implement the spirit of the 19th CPC National Congress and the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee and the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions on promoting epidemic prevention and control and economic and social development, promote digital transformation under the new pattern and promote digital technology to play a more important role in the construction of an innovative country. The chairman of this forum is Fang Xin, honorary chairman of the Chinese Society for Science and Technology Policy, and Li Hong, vice chairman of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology and director of the Special Committee for Decision-making Consultation of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology. Mu Rongping, chairman of the China Science and Technology Policy Research Association, and Ren Fujun, president of the Innovation Strategy Research Institute of the China Association for Science and Technology, presided over the afternoon special dialogue session. The annual China Science and Technology Policy Forum is an open and high-end academic exchange platform for decision makers and the public. It focuses on hot issues in the field of science and technology policy.
